If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method - Please note we do not issue refunds on Afterpay as we have already been charged a high fee from these services as soon as you place your order. Refunds available on credit card, bank card and Paypal.

For exchanges and returns you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, but Missy Lou Lou Apparel will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you.
- You must contact us and speak to us first and explain why you want to return your item.

To initiate a return or exchange please contact our customer service via email on info@missyloulou.com,please have your order number handy.

We will not ship the new merchandise or refund the product until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging / refunding.

Please allow 6 – 9 business days for refund and 3 – 5 for exchange processing.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused with all the tags attached, and undamaged in original packaging. There must be no visible signs of wear or use. All stickers and extras that were sent with your item must also be returned with your item.

You must include your packing slip with your returned order, this is so we can clearly see the details of your order and your order number.

Due to the costly nature of shipping, International orders must pay for shipping both ways.

If you opt for a refund, you will need to pay for the shipping expenses for items to be returned. Once items are received, providing they are undamaged and in original packaging and condition when sent, then a refund will be issued within 6 – 9 business days and you will be notified once completed.
- We print on demand so this means when you place an order we make your order as you have placed it. This is why we ask that you look at the size chart and choose very carefully.
- Please note - any custom made apparel cannot be returned as this has been custom made for you with your specifications and unfortunately there is nothing we can do with it once returned. If there is something wrong with your custom ordered apparel, you will need to email our team on info@missyloulou.com and then you can speak with us about the reason and if there is a problem on our behalf then we will happily find a solution so both parties are happy.

We hope that you never have to return any of our products, but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind.
- When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or missing items.
- If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there, make a note of them.
- If there is damage to your package when it arrives, you must take photos of the damage so that we can work with the postal service to sort out the problem.
